Doesn’t look as if anyone backed into it. Paint job matched. You even vacuumed the inside of car. Reasonable cost to repair

Carstar assisted me in all questions, texted me updates and were very responsive. The repairs were great but I noticed the customer service was top tier. The folks who helped me were so kind, helpful, and even cleaned my dashboard and floors when all that was needed were the repairs. I will definitely be using them for all repairs in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Hector at CARSTAR Prolayers Marietta. After my accident, I was especially stressed because I was dealing with everything from out of state, but they made the entire process incredibly easy. Communication was outstanding from start to finish — they kept me updated regularly, sent progress photos throughout the repair, answered questions quickly, and always made me feel like my truck was a priority. What really stood out was the pride they take in their shop and their work. The facility is extremely clean and professional, and they treated my truck like it was their own. They kept it protected inside, paid attention to details, and genuinely cared about doing the job right instead of rushing it through. That level of professionalism and communication is hard to find these days, especially when trusting someone with a brand-new truck.
