My mechanic at Blue Ridge recommended CARSTAR for some rearend damage to my Sante Fe. I have never been treated better and more fairly at a repair shop. Nikki is amazing, she explained everything, sent updates and options and CARED, no BS. They were so good at their jobs, and the car looks amazing inside and out. I am directing my neighbor to them next week to get an estimate on their Honda Accord. Such a great team their and great people.

The alignment of the left rear deck lid is Not Acceptable. It is not what I would call “slightly off” by (1/16”) or (1/8”) And the interior of the rear cargo area was left flighty and I had to take it directly to the hand car wash dealer up to street. I am submitting pics of the rear deck lid to Nicki to voice my complain & concern. I am on my way out of town for the weekend for a family funeral. Walter L.

Additional repairs still needed. Passenger side headlight needs to be replaced and there is a gap under headlight. Driver side mirror needs to be repainted. Air leak from passenger side when driving at speeds over 45 mph

Would come back again....one bit of constructive feedback, however, would be to have the front receptionist not answer calls on speaker phone. It's hard to hear and can lead to miscommunication and misunderstandings given the delay in transmission via speaker phone.

The repair is excellent. However there seems to be some sticky liquid on the bottom of the passenger window. Not sure if that was a result of the excellent detailing job. But that's the only drawback.
