Additional repairs still needed. Passenger side headlight needs to be replaced and there is a gap under headlight. Driver side mirror needs to be repainted. Air leak from passenger side when driving at speeds over 45 mph

Would come back again....one bit of constructive feedback, however, would be to have the front receptionist not answer calls on speaker phone. It's hard to hear and can lead to miscommunication and misunderstandings given the delay in transmission via speaker phone.

The repair is excellent. However there seems to be some sticky liquid on the bottom of the passenger window. Not sure if that was a result of the excellent detailing job. But that's the only drawback.

Nikki and the team at CARSTAR were excellent. The quality of work was perfect, using OEM parts. The only delays were due to manufacturer delays and the staff made me aware of every hiccup. They coordinated the inurance-paid car rental as well. By the day I picked up my truck they had it completed AND detailed inside/out due to the local pollen. Highly recommend!
