It took longer than I thought it would, but we were kept informed of progress made. I found out that you have a backlog of EVs to repair so I guess that was the reason.

Ryan was incredibly personable & knowledgeable. He was patient with the many questions I asked, and gave clear, accurate answers throughout the entire process. He kept me informed at every stage, and completed the job sooner than expected. The car was in great shape when I picked it up — it looked brand new! The front desk staff & technicians were incredibly professional & helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them for future work or recommendation them to others. Stellar customer service.
