Rachel was amazing! High recommend. I would suggest having a quote/ evaluation appt. Then order parts and call me/car back in. Way too much wasted time between drop off and actual start of work. Too much time waiting for parts and car just sits there while I could have been driving it. I didn’t have rental in my insurance plan.

There was some confusion / misinformation about the cost. Also, never received an estimate - just asked to pay for OEM parts for a tesla. Ended up getting Allstate to pay for it.

It took longer than I thought it would, but we were kept informed of progress made. I found out that you have a backlog of EVs to repair so I guess that was the reason.

Ryan was incredibly personable & knowledgeable. He was patient with the many questions I asked, and gave clear, accurate answers throughout the entire process. He kept me informed at every stage, and completed the job sooner than expected. The car was in great shape when I picked it up — it looked brand new!
