I was completely satisfied with the service I received.Amy made the process so easy.She was informative and knowledgeable.She assisted communicating with the insurance company and myself.It helped a lot because of my work schedule.Cassie did an exceptional job.Through the start of my repair down to the end of the repair.I appreciated how she showed pride in doing her job. Repair shop did a great job and were very accommodating. Will definitely use them in future. Very unhappy with Travelers though. I am able to drive my car normally before the accident and travelers told me the lack of use of my second gear is "normal wear and tear" and won't cover the repair. Now I have a problem I didn't have before the accident and somehow thats normal wear and tear. This is the only claim we made since being customers and will definitely be shopping for other insurance providers who provide the service i pay for.
