When we got the car home we discovered the door that was worked we could not lock or unlock with the key. We Contacted the shop and was told they would look into it and get back to me that day. Still waiting !

WE HAD AN BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR CALIBER COLLISION IN SNELLVILLE. THIS TIME OUR DAUGHTER SUGGESTED CALIBER IN TUCKER. THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE WE MADE. FROM MS. AMY AT THE FRONT DESK, TO CASSIE, THE MANAGER, AND THE TECHNICIANS THAT WORKED ON OUR 2017 CHEVY TRAX. THESE ARE WHAT WE SAY ABOUT CALIBER COLLISION IN TUCKER, GA: PROFESSIONAL, CARING, COURTEOUS, UNDERSTANDING, TOP NOTCH, RESPECTFUL, TRUTHFUL, ABOVE BOARD, KNOWLEDGEABLE, JUST TO NAME A FEW. The service was above expectations from check to picking up my truck. Ever was explained prior to starting, progress calls were received and my repairs expedited. The repair was perfect and my truck was even washed and cleaned up. Great experience from beginning to end.
