All the people I delt with were friendly easy to work with. Was showed what needed to be replaced or repaired. When ok given on the repair, I was given an estimated date the repair would be completed. Status reports were given to me as the work progressed. I will recommend Caliber Collision as the place to get your car repaired.

The repairs look great. Staff was very helpful in keeping me informed of progress. I was a little hesitant about the insurance company choosing the repair shop, but I can see that this is a very efficient and helpful process. Getting the work done and coordinating of a rental vehicle being available so near Caliber was a very smooth process and enhances the reputation of Progressive and Caliber.
