Several reasons… the seal around the door wasn’t repaired. Supposed to be ordering it. I thought it was supposed to be cleaned up.i was not given updates but maybe once the whole time it was there which was 3 plus weeks. Had to call to get an update at the end of last week to see if I was going to pick it up or not. It was not in the condition I left it in other than the dents. The inside was full of dust all over seats. Shavings of some sort beside the door on the inside. Hand prints all over windows. Door panels had greasy spots on them. The outside wasn’t clean either. Maybe had water sprayed on but that was it. And we were told we could leave the rental there for enterprise to pick up. Today(Monday) Enterprise called me wanting more money because I was paid through Friday of last week. I had called Enterprise Friday and they said it was fine to leave it that someone from your business would notify them. At lunch time today they called me wondering where the car was. This experience was nothing like any of our other times we have been there.

3 weeks with out our truck in the middle of us trying to move because of one of yalls staff backed in to our truck is unreal I had to rent a truck because the only thing yall would give us was a jeep

Absolutely incredible work! Communication is Absolutely spot on as well! Vicki is incredibly sweet and very easy to work with. She listened to my worries and needs while I would be away from my car. She has a fine attention to detail and goes above and beyond. If anything in the future happens to my car. I will definitely be a returning customer!
