Really impressed with the paint match they did, I was a Nissan quality control tech, so I know how to look for defects and I did not found anything. Also loved how they let me know every time my car was worked on and the eta of parts arrivals and also when my car was going to be finished. I hope I don’t but if I ever need a body shop service again, I’ll definitely choose them again!!

Really appreciated the daily updates. I didn’t have to call once to check on the timeline. Really liked that I could leave my rental at the shop and the Caliber crew would handle the return. Everyone was friendly. The body work done to my truck looks great, and I really appreciate how clean my truck was inside and out when I picked it up. I’ve never used Caliber in tullahoma before, if the need arises I’ll be back.

This is the second time my car has been in the shop with you all. I will continue to bring it in for any future needs because I know it will be fixed or repaired properly. Also, the washing and vacuuming is a huge plus for having a child who lives (toys and snacks) travel along with us every trip we take.
