Very courteous beginning when I called to confirm my appointment with Tiffany and continued when I walked through the front door! Nathan and I examined my car, spoke about the circumstances that brought me to Caliber and I felt completely safe leaving my car. I was texted regular updates and when I texted back with any questions (no matter how insignificant they may have seemed to others), they were answered in a professional and timely manner. When I picked up my car, Nathan again went over everything with me INCLUDING things that weren’t even related to my accident (ie. back-up light fuse, how to open my trunk since I mentioned I was having trouble with that function when I dropped my car off). Above and beyond with PERFECT customer service from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision and will be letting my insurance company know, as well. If I ever need services again, I won’t hesitate to do business here again. My car was spotless when I picked it up also!!! Way to go!!!! I SINCERELY APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!!
