Just wanna say thank you very much for the service it was amazing. The gentleman that help me Nolan was 100% amazing in every aspect and very knowledgeable on the whole vehicle’s repairs and time. They were very nice people, the place was clean, and they kindly gave me a ride back home and also picked me up from home, when my car was ready. But, they took a long time to get around to actually fixing it (it sat there for weeks) and the final repair exhibited insufficient care in checking all the details. For example, they left off a plastic connector underneath the car that was supposed to secure one of the replaced body parts, thus leaving it to flop around loosely. Fortunately, I found that I could to secure that part properly myself, by using a very thick cable tie (underside of the car), which I think will probably hold for a long time. Also, there is now an odd indentation on the left side edge of the hatchback door, but fortunately it doesn't impact functionality of the door at all, or of the seal, so I can live with that. But it seems to me that considering the relatively high price paid for this repair work, they could have done better. So, only 7 out of 10.
