My Experience

I’m appalled by the work that was done on the vehicle. The passenger side quarter panel is not flush with the car. You can touch the back quarter panel and it will sink in with just a light touch, I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be but either way I’m not happy with that.

It looks like a stoned 16 year old kid put my car back together. No hate to the techs or mechanics but geez. My quarter panels aren’t flush and the black plastic that goes on the back glass isn’t fastened all the way. My suspension is making a new noise and my check engine light is on!

They were absolutely wonderful. My insurance was giving us hassles about the payment because it was the other driver's fault and they stuck with it. I was there to like 7:00 p.m. after closing and they were amazing they worked with me. They got me my car. They were patient with my insurance. My car looks great. It's beautiful. I'm so happy with my service.
