Was told my car was ready for pickup returned my rental, went to pick up my vehicle and it was not ready. I didn’t have the rental anymore so I just had to leave my car and figure out how I was going to get to work. The next day when I went to pick up my car up the same area that was supposedly been fixed” again” wasn’t fixed. I had no choice but to take my car so I could have transportation. I was told they would have to order a part and they would call to let me know if the part would be in Friday or I will have to wait til Monday. No one called so I called on Friday to see if part had been ordered and if I could bring the car back to be fixed. They stated the part was ordered but would not be in today but sometime next week. It is next week and I haven’t heard anything about the part and car is still not properly fixed.

This has been the best experience I’ve had with a collision shop. Staff is friendly and responds in a timely manner. And I love the fact that they cleaned by car, which is not part of their job. I feel like everyone went above and beyond. 100% would recito my friend and family.
