Mostly a good experience. They did push back the completion date and then damaged my vehicle after. Also the detailing was sloppy and they were pretty rough putting the interior back. The plastic was slight damaged from their tools. Enough to complain but not enough to get fixed.

Updates were given to me often on the progress of my vehicle and an approximate time of completion. I was notified of any delays that were caused due to “parts” not arriving as scheduled.Being able to leave the Rental car at their location was a “blessing”, because I had no one to drive for me.
