The only reason I didn’t give you a 10 is because I was told that the vehicle would be ready on 9 July I didn’t get it until seven days later and that was because parts which is probably out of your control Angelica was great she gave me day-to-day Text I knew exactly what was going on with the vehicle and that’s why you got a nine.

I wish communication between Caliber, the insurance company and us had been better. Repairs were held up while waiting (not completely Caliber's fault; the insurance used snail mail for important communication)

The repairs look great. They were over a week beyond estimated even though we’re sending messages saying they were right on track. The window washer reservoir sensor was not connected either. I fixed that. I would certainly use them again though.
