Rylan was very attentive of my car needs, He was very polite throughout the whole process, always ready to answer any questions I had. I can’t remember the lady name at the front who was also very polite each time I called and when I came to pick up my vehicle.

I was satisfied with the work but not with the honesty. I was quoted an initial price of $275.00. It had been explained to me $275.00 would be the costs if only the handle needed to be replaced. According to the same technician the handle was the only thing needed to be replaced but somehow my final bill ended up being nearly $400.00. As far as the work is concerned, everything seemed to be in its proper professional working order. If more needed to be done, I would have expected an increased price but clearly this wasn't the case. With that being said, I will always remember this event in regards to this collision repair facility, Caliber Collision.
