I was satisfied with the work but not with the honesty. I was quoted an initial price of $275.00. It had been explained to me $275.00 would be the costs if only the handle needed to be replaced. According to the same technician the handle was the only thing needed to be replaced but somehow my final bill ended up being nearly $400.00. As far as the work is concerned, everything seemed to be in its proper professional working order. If more needed to be done, I would have expected an increased price but clearly this wasn't the case. With that being said, I will always remember this event in regards to this collision repair facility, Caliber Collision.

My 2026 Jeep was returned to min almost like new condition. I say almost new because, wherever it was parked on there lot it was exposed to large amounts of tree sap that got deposited onto the rear window and tailgate. The Jeep was only six weeks old when it was brought in for the repairs. This to me is heartbreaking.
