While I believe some of the delays to be a part of the insurance company, Caliber Collision did not adequately keep me informed of the delays to servicing my vehicle nor did they properly restore my car to a state of good repair on 2 separate occasions of trying to return my vehicle. This location is either understaffed, underequipped, or both to adequately service my or any vehicle. Additionally, it's storage of vehicles requires cars to be shuffled around like a Tetris game in a non-secure parking lot, adding miles and wear and tear to the vehicle. Additionally, it's security is inadequate as my car was returned with the gas cap severed. Finally, the hours of operation mean that your vehicle is sitting idle over the weekends instead of being serviced to return it to you in a reasonable timeframe. This experience has taught me why dealerships are so expensive. I will not recommend this location to anyone and I will not be using it in a future date.

The repair itself was well done with all parts looking like a new car. The correspondence required to get there and the endless calls to make this work were not appreciated

It should not be up to the customer to check in on the progress of their car. The shop has the information and should make it a priority to tell the customer the latest updates. This is especially true after the car has been returned twice and the shop has had it for 3 months.

My experience with Caliber Collision was great. I was greeted when I entered the establishment to drop my car off. All the paperwork was ready for me after my rep looked over the damages to my vehicle. They kept my informed via email and I received a call when they had a problem with my wheel locks. So I was extremely satisfied with my experience.
