The overall work was good. They didn't have the custom fix gray protected door strips so they offered to replace all with black ones, problem not a custom fix and looks odd and bulky. I will be requesting them to be replaced immediately. 2nd issue my 2022 bumper warranty. I got the real run around about who could and could not honor my warranty. The shop that did recent work said they could not fix another location bumper and the other was all good until I brought my vehicle there. It was a big mess. I finally got Chris the manager at original location to agree to replace bumper bracket. It needs to be ordered and will take less than hour to replace. Chris said the other location could have honored my warranty. It was messy situation. I hope Caliber Collison replace my strips and fix my bumper with no more issues.

I didn't return the vehicle but will keep an eye on the bumper because their's a little bit of a gap even after bracket was installed.

Outstanding customer service the second time around. The protector guards were upgraded to normal custom fit. The new bumper bracket was installed. Just a little gap after installed. The best part was the ride home and Chris the manager delivered my vehicle to me at my home. He was wonderful and I appreciate everyone's part to make the 2nd experience so much better. Thank you!
