The one major concern is that my car is now effected due to the work performed by Caliber. Now, my car doesn’t start/operate and it is a brand new car. Caliber did not resolve the situation, I now have to take my car to the manufacture’s service department. I feel that Caliber should be able to do whatever it takes to get my car back up and running, but instead—-they told me my battery is defected. My battery was perfectly fine before taking my car to Caliber Collison. I have screenshots from my car’s app when the battery started being effected due to the work performed by Caliber that caused damages by draining my car’s battery. I would like to complain and escalate this situation, thank you.
