My car was damaged in a parking lot collision. Caliber Collision was a preferred choice by the at fault driver’s insurance company. No surprise as the experience I had was exceptional. They received my car immediately, arranged transport to the rental car company and had my car back to me in a week. The staff was friendly, helpful and kept me informed of the progress. The repair is excellent: cant see any evidence of the damage. I hope not to have another incident but will go back to Caliber Collision if I do.

The only disappointment was that the hood was not level or in line with the front bumper. The problem took two trys to correct. Staff, constant updating and the bulk of the repairs were very good.

Perhaps with the recalibration of my Highlander I am not able to activate dash lights on speed etc. I can only get it to work but then the driving lights in the evening don’t work. Perhaps I need to stop by and ask for help. Otherwise the vehicle looks beautiful and you all did a fantastic job!

Bodywork done well! Very friendly service. The only issue was that the passenger seat had been moved forward into an ackward position, and the headrest had been raised up- not sure why. Radio had also been changed to a different station…
