I did not feel that the communication was what I would expect. The only things available on the portal were the cost estimate and the potential finish date. I never heard why the estimate increased about 250% or what actual work was done. I suppose I can figure it out using the final paperwork, but, I would recommend a more ongoing update on work and progress. The outcome was excellent, however.
