It took 5 outside mirrors until the correct mirror arrived at your facility. This delayed the delivery by about 3 to 5 business days. I was also told it would take an additional day to calibrate all the sensors. There are no sensors on a 2017 Pacifica. Only 1 backup camera that was not affected by the repair. Also some calls were not returned in a timely manner. Also, the damaged area that was repaired was not perfect. There was still a hint of brown paint on the rear bumper area.

They did great work on the vehicle. It looks like new. They always do great work. They even helped me with a tire issue where they had to get special tools to get my tire off. The staff is great as well. From that aspect, i am very happy. However it took a long time for me to get my car back. This was due to cadillac taking a long time to ship the parts to caliber. So, not caliber fault. But I am not happy with how long it took to get my car back.
