Your staff put a used part on my car without even so much as consulting me nor mentioning it. I found out by looking at the list of repairs made to my car. Also, my car is not completely fixed. Somehow i have two different size tires on my car and i myself was not even aware of this, nor did the staff say anything. Last i knew all 4 tires were the same size. I get my car back and have a shaky steering wheel, plus a strong pull to the right, yet the staff claims to have re aligned my car. This to me shows that the staff who worked on my car obviously need more job training because they don't know what they are even doing. They themselves called to tell me they could not even find the damage and had to send my car to another repair shop to have them find the damage for them.
