They did a great job on the bumper but I asked them to check the engine because after the accident my truck has began to shake. Again the service guy replied with there's no way it effected your engine.

The person who inspected the vehicle tried to tell me there was no way I had tow hooks on my truck and that it wouldn't be covered. I had to insist that he noted ot on claim. He came back with oh I guess you were telling the truth they found that you did have tow hooks.

Venice shop was very friendly, but often dishonest about timeframes, returning calls, & what was going on with my vehicle. Friendliness only goes so far. At the cape shop, Natalie (I think) was super helpful, honest, and friendly
