had back end replaced a couple years ago by toyota dealership down the street and they didn’t even get the trunk door aligned evenly- it always looked crooked and they said they couldn’t get it done any better. they lied! you guys got it back to factory settings! thank you!

The passenger side repairs that I requested be done as well, and made clear that they were separate from the driver side claim, and that I would be responsible for 100% of the passenger side repairs. and your employee said “I’ll take care of it” when I showed / requested that work be done as well, were never touched ?

when i dropped off it was made clear i wanted damage on both sides of the car repaired. when i picked it up I was shocked to see the passenger side damages wete not touch. Rep stated an e-mail w/estimate was sent. I never rcvd/saw it. ALL texts, which i had noted as my preferred communication came through during the week to the same number. very dissatisfied
