I wouldn't even call it complete. My audio doesn't work in the car. I have an oil leak in the front that wasn't there previously. I also don't have my trunk window that was replaced tinted at all. The body shop was terrible all around. He even admitted to not test driving it the first time I picked it up when he tried to give me it with 3 miles to E and a basically dead battery. Didn’t care at all if it started or not until I called the insurance adjuster. Anytime I called I was dismissed or they sounded annoyed (called twice in like 3 weeks). Will 100% never use or recommend this shop again.

The whole team here is amazing! Got my repair done before the estimated schedule. When the truck was finished upon inspection, we didn’t notice one clip on the bottom door trim had not gotten pushed in all the way the team here fix that within hours of them being open the next day and even deliver the vehicle back to my home. Services at this center exceeded all of my expectation. From beginning when ladies at front desk kindly helped to resolve issues at Geico then Chris took in the car and he was helpful in all ways. Arrangement for rental car was smooth. Updates throughout repairs are great!

My issues also stem from the fact that I was at no fault and the fact is the car has been in an accident. I can tell and of course its value has depreciated. I have to curb my expectations somewhat.

I'm particular, and know a repaint when I see one. Excessive orange peel textured paint around rear door handle. Clear coat used to blend new and old finish to make anomalies less obvious. Clear has excessive trash in finish plus some fisheyes, where paint displaced. Again, I understand that it's hard to match a factory paint finish.
