From the front desk receptionists to the entire staff the experience was excellent! Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, delivering my car sooner than I expected and it looked great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The caliber collision team was great with responses and communication. I picked up the truck last night nearing the closing time of the branch, but I was never walked fully through the repairs or told anything was damaged. Upon further review of my vehicle, I found my window tint on the door that was replaced is now cut in a few areas, this is on the inside of the glass. On the outside of the glass there’s a deep scratch about 5 1/2 inches on the OUTSIDE. I have pictures of this and will be speaking to the general manager or the regional manager. I’m very impressed with the quality of the door and paint, but the tint was $650 and if this was brought to my attention or was aware of this before I left the caliber collision office I would have had no problems. Since I was not truthfully informed about said damages I will be seeking reimbursement for the tint. I will be in contact. Thank you
