They added parts to my car that the insurance did not cover with out asking me if I was willing to pay out of pocket threw away what my car had on it and told me I had to pay 1280$ out of pocket or they would take the grille off and make me leave without anything coving the huge gapping hole in the front end of my car I didn’t leave my car that way an was not leaving with my motor unprotected for the most part I ended up having to pay 500$ for something I did not okay to be put onto my car an when I told them to take it back off an replace it with what I had they said they threw mine in the trash I’d leave with nothing at all I had to pay the money to keep my radiator protected from the elements of the road not to mention what would happen with the bumper without the support of something in the grille area at all not even lik what I had prior to dropping off my car to be repaired very unsatisfied will not be recommending this company at all to anyone. I will have her tell them be ready for some extra charge at the end because you’re just gonna add parts for your car without asking first and expect you to pay for it and unwilling to replace with what you had because I threw it away which legally they’re not supposed to till you pay for your car and pick it up if there was a number less than 1 I’d picked that one I’d give this company a -10 all day everyday

I wasn’t happy at first because he gave me a pick up date, then he moved it back two times and I had to call to find out that information on both pick up dates. But after all I am very happy my car is fixed and you guys did do a great job on the repair. THANK YOU GUYS!!!! Even though I thought I would some dollars knocked off my deductible cause my date kept changing!
