My vehicle is not finished yet. The flare has not been ordered and I asked for all parts to be in before I brought it up. The tape and paper were still inside the gas door. The weatherstripping inside my back door had not been put back on. The top plastic piece that covers the top drivers side of the bed had all the clips broke on it and it blew off. All the pieces being replaced were still inside the bed of my truck when I got to work after picking it up. There is a bag of screws that go to something in the backseat of my truck. The bed of the truck had trash in it and very dirty. I’m supposed to take it back once they get the flare and weatherstripping in so they can install it. Yes, they ripped the weatherstripping taking it off.

I asked to have all parts in before I dropped my truck off to be fixed. I checked the stays on 7/23 and was told you were still waiting on the flare to come in. Not even on order yet. Was told I could go ahead and pick it up then bring it back when it comes in and it would take 10-15 minutes to put on. Picked up the truck at 7:30 7/24 and went to work. On the way I could see something trying to blow out so I pulled over and saw all the damaged parts in the back of my truck. Got to work, took a picture and sent it back through text. Was getting ready to leave for lunch, opened the back door and then noticed it wouldn’t close. The weatherstripping was hanging down so I took a picture of that and sent it back through text. On my way to lunch, I noticed another part trying to blow out. I pulled over and found out it was the top protective piece that goes on the top drivers side of the bed. Went to the local Collision shop and showed it all to Joe. He said they put that top bed piece back on and that it had to have blown off because the clips were broke. All of the clips were in the bed of the truck so that piece was broke either during disassembly or when putting it back on. The weatherstripping was torn when taking it off so now I am waiting on the flare, new weatherstripping and the bed piece to come in. The bed of my truck is super dirty and had a lot of extra trash in it as well. The backseat of my truck had lots of dirt/dust in it and the sun roof had been open. Joe apologized and I let him know I’m a really laid back guy but was not too happy about this.

my bumper came back with the clips unaligned. the paint was fine but i was a little upset about my fitment being off now.

I would advise them the work was excellent but if they have the Service Advisor I had he is not go at keeping you informed or returning phone calls. Also check the interior to be sure it was vacuumed before leaving.

Service Advisor failed to return calls when he said he would. I was told my truck would be ready by the 24th of June but it was not ready until 9 July. When I picked my truck up the outside was clean, but the interior was very dusty throughout. I had work done on my truck a year ago and everything was excellent. A different Service Advisor from this time.
