I dropped my car off was told by adjuster it would be 2 weeks .then they emailed me parts were not in good to be another week they gave me three different days I finally got my car when I drove it the left wheel making a cracking sound I called and the girl told me something might be loose I told her you all have my car for a month my car didn't sound like that when I dropped it off I took it back the next morning before I went to work the manager drove around the block with me and herd the noise told me that he was going to do a diagnostic test I told him I was going out of town I will bring it back when I get back I am very disappointed need to fix this

The only negative was when they gave me the keys I had to ask where my vehicle was and she just said over on the side. So I had to go find it. It was packed in a very tight spot and had to maneuver carefully between cars to exit the area. I would have expected my vehicle would have been up front or at least in a spot where it was easier to leave as I had been there a few minutes before to pay my cost before I returned the rental car to Enterprise and they knew I would be back in 15 minutes or less

Outstanding Collision Center customer service. Better that Auto Service Dept that has serviced my vehicle for 3 yrs with poor service. Ms. Jamie at the Collision Center was so helpful and always returned my calls with the latest updates. I would recommend anyone to do business with Collision Center and ask for Ms. Jamie.
