We loved how informative and down to earth the staff were. It was a breath of fresh air to have regular updated and be kept in the loop on our vehicles profess throughout the repair process. All issues and damaged were addressed and repaired prior to leaving the shop and reassurance was given prior to leaving the shop which made us feel very secure and satisfied with the service provided. 10/10 would recommend.

It took 2 weeks to get truck back when told 2 days at most...this is his work truck so he was out of work 2 weeks and we kept having to call them but couldn't get definite answer had truck bumper taken off or we would of just went and got it and found somewhere else to take it

The experience was great work and very impressed with the job and service that I received. This so happens to be my first time trying Caliber do to an unfortunate event and was recommended by my insurance company to try this place. In all I was very happy with the communication and the service that I received and the communication in detail every week that I received either by phone calls or text messages was amazing communication lot's of thanks.

Very happy, with the customer service man they would keep you updated on your vehicle and the communication was awesome. This is so important for me because I'm finding out what is going on with my vehicle and the progress. They constantly call me one's a week or text messages twice a week on updates and information on the progress.
