my vehicle was having starting issues, but it was still running intermittently before I dropped it off. During their time working on it, they replaced the fuel pump, fuel module/computer, and starter. After all of that work, my vehicle is now completely non-operational and will not start at all. After making these repairs, I was then told that I might need a full engine replacement, and shortly after that, they said they could no longer continue working on my vehicle. I am extremely frustrated because I brought in a car that at least ran sometimes, and now it does not run at all after multiple parts were replaced. I’ve been left with additional expenses, no clear answers, and a worse situation than when I started.

Car took two months to complete. Still missing a part on the front of my car. Kept getting delayed on completion. This only happened with Caliber Collision in Victoria, Texas.

They did an outstanding job of keeping me updated along the way!!! They also vacuumed and washed the entire truck!!! Their customer service was fantastic!!! They have a very good follow-up plan in place - if needed!!! I highly recommend them!!!
