The reason I chose to bring it to Caliber was because my daughter has brought 2 of her vehicles and had impeccable service and experience. So I relied on the previous experiences, unfortunately it didn’t work out in my favor.

Left factory bumper in bed of truck, now I have to dispose of, portion of repair isn’t sitting correctly.

Was told shouldn’t be a problem to get out within a week, due to minor repairs, was told the after market bumper would be ordered day I dropped it off. when it was actually ordered the day before I picked it up. Communication of updates were not as frequent as I would have preferred. Sent text messages to the number listed to rep on Carwise, never heard back. Only received the generic system texts.

They did a great job fixing everything that needed to be fixed and the car was immaculate when we picked it up. I had never seen it so clean and shiny being that it’s a teenagers car.
