They listened to ALL of my concerns about a specific part of the damages and called in a specialist which pushed the repair back a week but my Jeep was repaired properly! They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I Have EVER HAD!

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.They communicated with me the whole time even answering my questions.I received updates everyday about my car and they DETAILED my car inside and out, I didnt recognize my car when I went to pick it up,it looked completely brand new. Ryan was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of repair to my vehicle. The repair was excellent. Once work commenced on my vehicle, the technician found that I needed more repair than had originally been anticipated. The technical to immediate action to gain approval from USAA and get the parts on order. To top off the superb communication and work, Caliber Collision detailed my car inside and out.
