Ryan was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of repair to my vehicle. The repair was excellent. Once work commenced on my vehicle, the technician found that I needed more repair than had originally been anticipated. The technical to immediate action to gain approval from USAA and get the parts on order. To top off the superb communication and work, Caliber Collision detailed my car inside and out. THANK YOU SO MUCH CALIBER COLLISION!!!!!!!!! I have a 2006 truck. I’ve only had it for little over a month. I scraped both sides of it trying to get out of a spot that I had no problem getting into. My insurance company made me an appointment to come here. I was so disappointed in myself for what I had done. I knew nothing about these kind of places. I went for my appointment. Bonnie, the receptionist, was so pleasant and very helpful. Ryan came out, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He came out and looked at the damage. He explained what would have to be done and the possibility of a long wait on parts because of the year. After talking to him that really eased my mind. I just wanted it to look like nothing ever happened. They kept me up to date a with the progress being made. There is also a place in the text message to see the progress to along with the completion date. They were done 8 days before what was predicated. I picked up yesterday. I couldn’t be happier!!! She looks Brand NEW!!!!! Just like the day I got her!!!! You would never have known. I’m so thankful and grateful to Ryan, Bonnie and all who were there!!! I will definitely recommend to anyone I know that needs such care and totality dedicated to details. Again, THANK YOU CALIBER COLLISION !!!!!!!
