You staff did a great job and I was especially impressed with Missy. She is such a professional and was so nice. The only negative was, when I put my job in the shop, the tires were fully inflated and when I picked it up a week later, the tire pressure light was on, on the dash. So my first stop was to put air in my tires. But I guess you probably don’t have an air compressor. But you did a good job and Missy is so knowledgeable and the best customer service manager that I have ever met and worked with. She was incredibly good! She should be your CEO some day! Thanks again.

The woman that waited on me and reviewed damage and took me to see the repair and done all the paperwork was very professional and courteous and pleasant to work with. Also repair was superb and I was pleassantly surprised they washed my vehicle inside and out.
