Misty was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I have never had my car stolen and the entire process went wonderful...as awful as the situation was that I had to use caliber. Misty kept me in the loop with every issue with my vehicle and was always more than informative with the answers to all the questions I had, and trust me, i had several questions! She went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken of but more importantly that my peace of mind was restored. I couldn’t have asked for a better company or more qualified employee to handle my vehicle!!

My experience was amazing and I was satisfied with the results when I left my baby girl blue that’s what I call my 🚙 I wasn’t nervous about anything I felt like family when I was welcome I was greeted as soon as I parked. When I went to pick baby girl up it was clean inside and out I guess that was a bonus (love it)and My rental was waiting on me so I couldn’t ask for anything else one more thing for coffee lovers like myself it was fresh coffee☕️ on deck!!!! And when I returned to pick baby girl up fresh hot popcorn and coffee can u say customer’s are spoiled lol🥰 I felt the love in the building not I wanna fix ya car and collect my check
