Everything was great except , I was told you had a three to five day turn around so , I rented a car for five days , then I was told my car wouldn’t be ready for an extra six extra days so I had to pay more for that and it really hurt me cause I’m on a fixed income . So I called and talk to the manager and told him what I had been told , he was nice and understanding and told me that I should’nt have been told that because of the volume of vehicle that they get in and it normally take longer than that so he paid all my extra out of pocket expenses for my car rental an
