I have used Caliber Collision numerous times throughout the years. Several times in Fort Worth and now for a second time in Weatherford, where I reside. I was impressed that the same employees have been there both times. Troy took care of me both times. He is respectful, kind, and went out of his way to keep me informed of what was being done to my car on different days. He even determined that the front bumper they received didn’t look good enough and ordered a nicer one. My car looks like it did when I purchased it. Caliber, Troy, and his team did an awesome job. Nobody enjoys having to have body work done on their vehicles but if you do need it, I can’t recommend Caliber Collision Weatherford highly enough. These folks are pros!

Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed working with him. The receptionist was also professional and friendly. The waiting room was very clean, well situated and had a number of little touches that made waiting very comfortable. I will not hesitate to recommend the Weatherford Caliber Collision shop.

I have not seen the vehicle as yet as my girlfriend picked it up today. The work was finished on time and the communication was good.

Initially when the car was picked up I was very satisfied, the vehicle was ready on time and communication with my service writer was very good. Unfortunately today I have noticed an issue with part of the repair. The under engine splash guard came down and got damaged. I had to remove it to be able to drive the car. I believe it is the wrong part or installed incorrectly. The new part was not connected to the front number as it should have been, to stop wind getting over it. There are 2 other splash guards on the each side of the engine that are damaged and were never replaced. I will try and get it into the shop before closing today. If not Monday.
