Overall, the process was smooth and effortless. The staff was helpful and communicative. The only thing I wish was better is the website on progress. The site only has information on who my insurance representative was and my Caliber Collision representative. It would have been nice to see what stage my vehicle was at so I might be able to judge when it was getting close to being done.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They texted me each day to keep me informed of the progress. In addition they called me and chatted and supported me through this experience. They alleviated the anxiety of “the little old lady” who worries about the outcome of a collision repair. My car looks beautiful and I will definitely toot the horn for Caliber.
