Other than the communication, I had to issues. I did like how closely they worked with enterprise and how they coordinated the rental car for me. That was very helpful

This was my fist experience working with a body shop so I acknowledge my lack of experience. I was surprised by the level of communication, I reached out a few times for updates as I was not aware where the claim was. In addition, an ordered part was taking time to come in, I completely understand things happen, but this led to a 1 week delay in getting my car back and I had to call in for an update on the timing. I wish there would have been more communication.
