The final repair results are satisfactory. However, the fact that I had to bring the truck back to have 3 easily noticeable items completed after the initial repair/delivery was frustrating and a waste of time.

Andy and the team at caliber collision in Wentzville was phenomenal! The team kept me updated with information, what was approved by the insurance company, how long the parts were taking, and when my vehicle would be done. And not only did they let me know when my vehicle would be done, they came in two days early on their ETA. I’ve already recommended caliber collision to people near my work, and Crestwood, Missouri, and near my home.
