Pick up date was extended because of plans we had then when we did pickup there was a scratch on the new hood so we had to come back.then we had a piece of windshield trim blow off and had to come back for repairs also clean up was bad on vehicle

One thing I have a problem with is I asked for my right front rim to be replaced and I know it was on statement but it still doesn't feel right like it's still bent

Our car was hit by a neighbor, went through their insurance. I called a couple of places and they seemed like they didn’t want to help. I drove to Wentzville location W Pierce Bl. That is where I talked with Jodee. She was very pleasant and very helpful with what we needed. She helped get a rental, called about updates, very friendly. Krista helped explain everything going on with the damage and let us know that she was contacting the insurance company about some more damage Caliber found. Both of these young ladies were extremely helpful in this situation that was really an inconvenience to my family. Great Job! I highly recommend doing business there!
