Walking in, I felt like an outsider and that I was interrupting, but the staff warmed up once I had been there a few minutes. The estimate was dramatically wrong, and no one called to discuss it with me ahead of billing. I probably would have refused the work. However, Kyle worked to remedy the situation and got the bill closer to the estimate. When I picked up my car and asked if that was the best they could do, reception's response was, "It's an estimate. It changes."
