You guys were great from the start, great communication of what was going on with my car, everyone was super nice and the company is easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone. Great customer service from Kyle who kept me posted on status of my car and also the guy who’s office is in the waiting area he took care of an issue I had when I picked up my car.

Car looks better than it has in ages. So far no complaints. Had some issues because my insurance agent messed up some stuff, but you guys handled it well. Only feedback is that the "Your car is ready, come get it." email does not say "Your car is ready, come get it". It only says "Your {car} is ready to get back to the rhythm of your life." I don't know what the heck that's supposed to mean. I was ready to get back to the "rhythm of my life" too! But was my car done being repaired? No idea.

You flat bedded my car over to a Caliber location which unlike yours required a State Farm inspector to have to come out. A repair which should have taken a few days took 12, with the two weekends factored in.
