Kyle is amazing. Professional, friendly, warm, and very talented at his job. He truly made this experience, stress-free and enjoyable! Just the kindest guy ever. On a scale of 1-10 I would give a 2. The 1 is for the art of kindness. If I was an employee I wouldn't let a customer drive out of the parking lot. I was told in the beginning I wouldn't get a certifit bumper. Low standards started with the parts person.
