I received timely updates about my car, and the bonus was they found my favorite earring that I thought was lost forever!!! The car looked as though nothing had ever happened to it! I hope I NEVER need repairs like that again BUT IF I DO, Caliber Collision is who I will trust with my car!!!!! Thank you so much for everything.

Three stars for the repair service. The interior especially where the roof the cloth parts are more dirtier from maybe touching it with greasy hands? It was all black grease here and there. I’m not sure the ragtop that installed was a match, it’s somehow looked really different from the original one. The receptionist only explained about what I owed and nothing about the repairs, the guarantees ,etc. Normally, if you go to a body shop and they explain everything they fixed and they would tell you to comeback if anything wrong with what they’ve fixed. And the sun visor came off (the driver side). Did the mechanic who fixed the car check everything before and after?

Such an amazing and easy experience. They did such a great job and it looked amazing once I picked it up! They stayed in contact throughout the entire process. I’m not always a fan of having to take my car in to get repairs, but this has by far been the best experience I’ve had getting my car repaired!

I recently had my Honda Civic at Caliber for repairs to my rear bumper from an accident. They did an excellent job of repairing the damage to the bumper. Everything looks like new after they fixed it. Also they did a great job of working with my insurance company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

I understand that working with insurance companies requires additional protocols. With that said, they did their best to get everything done in a timely manner and completed the work two days before their estimated date. I'm very satisfied with their communication and striving to exceed customer expectations.
