This body shop, not only was very informative as to what repairs would be done to my vehicle, but kept me updated on a daily basis as to where they were at in the process of getting the vehicle completed. I am 1000% satisfied with how they handled the claim, kept constant communication with me, and how thorough they were in explaining the procedures that needed done.i was also very impressed how quickly they got my vehicle in and out as opposed to other experiences I’ve had. Three months prior I had a similar situation happen unfortunately, and I bet it took that claim over three months to complete whereas Caliber Collision ,West Lafayette , only took one week to get me in , get it completed and get me out. They also were courteous enough to allow me to drop my rental vehicle at their location and they handled the return of the vehicle so that wasn’t an inconvenience on my end due to not having a second ride to be able to pick me up or drop me off. .Definitely would use their services 1000 times over! They couldn’t have done a better job!

Everyone went above and beyond to get our son’s car fixed in a very timely fashion. My son was even given a ride to and from campus when dropping off and picking up his car. Service by far exceeded our expectations! We are so very appreciative of everyone’s efforts to assist as we managed repairs from out of state. Thank you so much!!!
