Empathetic, kind and attentive The only difficulty was finding a ride to Lafayette with a 2pm phone call that the car had to be picked up today. Would have appreciated a “heads up” in the morning.

No definite date for pick up was given. Took car at 1pm on Monday. On Wed received a text that the body was being worked on. At 2pm on Thursday I was called and told the car had to be picked up this afternoon because the insurance company required it to be picked up they close at 5:30pm and they said they could stay a little later. I would have appreciated more notice than 3.5 hrs and a thunderstorm to find someone to drive me 45 minutes to pick up the car.
