Pat, Eric & Kelly were absolutely phenomenal! There are not enough kind words to describe these wonderful people but they truly care about taking care of their customers! I got my car back fixed and cleaner than when I provided it. I asked them if I could bring my car for regular scheduled maint. And unfortunately they don’t provide that service but if they did my car would only be entrusted in their care! Amazing people and amazing company!

Everybody that I spoke with was friendly, polite, and was obviously working to help me. The west Lafayette repair location was where I went. Pat initially worked with me and went over what would need to be repaired just from looking at the car. Kely at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and did the paperwork and explained things. Eric took me through the repairs that had been done. His explanations were thorough and easy for me to understand. Thanks everybody!
