Very professional. The repair was finished in 3 days instead of 5. My Durango looks like new. Eric the customer service manager made the entire process easy and and a generally pleasant experience. The only negative event was the necessity of parking in handicap spaces due to very limited number of parking spaces.

My estimator was Eric and he was so helpful through this process. I am not from Indiana, and so I typically do not have to handle my own repairs but Eric was so nice and made sure that I was aware of everything going on. He answered all of my phone calls and questions, and was just overall very helpful. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision.
